Adults gathering for an ISGOD peer support meeting

Adult Peer
Support Group

A free, confidential, peer-led support group for adults walking through depression, anxiety, grief, or suicidal thoughts. We meet every Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:00 PM at The Door Christian Fellowship Church in McAllen. No cost, no referral needed. Just show up.

You'll find a safe, judgment-free room full of people who truly understand, because they've been there. Meetings open and close in prayer, with confidentiality expectations and safety exceptions described in our group rules.
