Our Story Is Your Invitation to Hope
When Edwin and Linda Frates lost their 13-year-old daughter to suicide, they found comfort in God and strength in connection. They turned their pain into purpose by founding I.S.G.O.D.—a support group dedicated to helping others break free from the darkness of depression and despair.

You Are Not Alone
No one should face depression, grief, or anxiety in silence. At I.S.G.O.D., we understand the pain, and we’re here to walk alongside you. Our support group meets every other Tuesday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Door McAllen Church, 2724 N. McColl Rd.
Each gathering offers a safe, welcoming space where you can share, listen, and begin to heal. We offer specialized breakout sessions for women, men, and teens, in addition to our main group support circle, so every voice is heard, and every journey is honored.
Whether you're battling your own mental health struggles or supporting someone who is, you belong here.
We help you find:
-

-
A renewed sense of identity and purpose
-
The strength to live with hope, one day at a time
