Feeling Stuck?
Peer Support Can Help You Take the First Step
Life's challenges can sometimes leave us feeling alone, hopeless, and stuck in negative thought patterns. But you don't have to face depression or anxiety on your own. Our peer support groups provide a judgment-free space to open up and be heard. By connecting with others who understand, you can gain new perspectives, find encouragement, and take the first steps toward feeling better.
BENEFITS
Why Peer Support?
Helps in more ways than one
Confidentiality enables open discussion without fear of stigma. Exceptions include threats to self/others and reporting abuse or criminal acts. Violating confidentiality prohibits future attendance.
Maintaining Confidentiality
Peer support promotes awareness of resources and coping strategies by creating a forum for seeking help. This is critical for unit cohesion and confidence in leadership.
Providing Support
Peer support fosters trust and reduces stigma through shared experiences. Peers speak the same language and interact frequently with service members, allowing them to notice changes in behavior.

Guidance from Compassionate, Trained Facilitators
Our trained facilitators guide each meeting with care and compassion. Together, we learn new coping skills, set achievable goals, and hold each other accountable. While peer support can't replace professional mental health treatment, it can motivate you to keep moving forward.
